Frequently Asked Questions

You have questions? We have answers! See answers to our most frequently asked questions below.

How does a pawn loan or selling your merchandise work?

Simple, we give you the cash you want for your items of value, and when you're ready, you come in and pick up your merchandise for the amount you received plus a low monthly service charge.

How long do I have to pick up my pawned merchandise? How long do you hold things?

We can hold your valuables for as long as you need. You have at least 90 days before you have to make a payment. After that, you can extend your pawn for as many months as you like by renewing it for the low monthly payment.

What if I change my mind? Do I have to pay back the pawn loan?

If you change your mind you are under no obligation to pick up your merchandise. You won't be penalized, we won't call you, and most importantly your credit won't be affected in any way.

Will I get more for it if I sell it?

We pay the most, more than other pawnshops, for pawned items and sometimes we can pay even more if you sell it.

Can I extend my loan or renew it? How does that work?

Yes, you can extend your loan, as many times as you want. It's as fast and easy as coming in and paying our low, low renewal fee.

What kind of stuff do you take?

We take anything of value, but here are some examples of frequently pawned items: jewelry; gold, silver, platinum and fine watches, electronics; flat screen TVs, home audio, car audio, Playstation3, Wii, XBOX systems and games, cameras, cell phones, power tools, musical instruments, pro audio, desktop and laptop computers and so much more.

How much do you charge?

Less. We charge less than our competition. Our service charge is based on the amount you receive. Our service charge is one of the lowest around, and we don't tack on any of the other fees that most other pawnshops like to add on. We have one low monthly service charge and that's it. That way you can keep more money in your pocket.

What do I need in order to pawn something?

You need a valid, government issued picture identification and must be at least 18 years old.

Are you insured? How do I know my merchandise is safe?

Yes, we are insured. We also use the most cutting edge security methods and security equipment. We make the care and security of your valuables one of our top priorities.
